SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Information - Our Fast, Efficient Service!

At Temet Nosce Jewels we know how important it is for you to receive your order as soon possible so rest assured sending your shopping out asap is a top priority for us! Please note that for Credit and Debit Card Orders, we can only accept orders PLACED in the UK with UK Billing and shipping addresses.

​

We use Royal Mail Standard Sign For, Tracked Sign For Delivery and Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure your purchases arrive quickly and safely - Both delivery options REQUIRE SIGNATURES! Signed For Parcels must be signed for and may be left with a neighbour if you are not home. But Royal Mail Special Delivery items can only be signed for by the addressee. These cannot be left with a neighbour due to insurance reasons. 

Our standard orders take 3-4 Working days to reach you, but we'll always do our best to get them there a little quicker if we can but please allow up to 4 days. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. During busy periods like Christmas and other special occasions it may take a little longer due to lots of extra shoppers! Please note priority will always be given to our express and next day delivery orders as customers pay a premium for these services.

If you need your order super quick, you'll need to select our express or next day shipping options. If you're happy to wait a little longer, then select our standard shipping service.

International shipping - FROM JANUARY 2021!

Please be aware we can't control when postal companies go on strike and affect customer's delivery times, so in the event of these situations we ask for your patience. Once our orders are posted, their arrival is out of our control so please understand this, but we will do all we can to assist you with any queries. If you're order is URGENT and you need it quickly please select our NEXT DAY delivery service which are the fastest and most efficient ways to receive your purchase.

Please be aware that all of our orders are delivered by either Royal Mail or a Courier Service and therefore require a signature. If your item is delivered and you're unable to take receipt of your parcel because you're not home, this is not our fault and refunds will not be issued on this basis. We may also charge a postage cost to return an item to you which is not collected at the post office and returned to us. Items sent back to the depot usually MUST be collected within a week but please contact your post office for more details.

All orders are shipped to the delivery address listed at the time of purchase. This cannot be changed unless we are notified via email within a few hours from the time of the initial order. In certain cases and at our discretion, we will be unable to change the delivery address other than the delivery address detailed on the customer order at the time of purchase, this is due to the limitations of insurance set by some Credit/debit card companies

CUSTOMER SERVICES 
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it within 24 hour before we have sent our shipping email to you. Please email info@temetnoscejewels.com to cancel your order, please make sure you include your name, address and your order number.



RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS
Due to the nature of the products we are unable to offer returns. All sales are final, at this moment in time due to sanitary nature of our product we want to protect our customers and also abide by Covid 19 guideline.

 

DAMAGE/ DEFECTIVE
All items are final . If you received a damage good you have 3 days from the delivery date to emails us your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to info@temetnoscejewels.com. Our Team will be happy to help resolve it!. Please do not hesitate to contact us at info@temetnoscejewels.com.

Once your package has been dispatched you will be sent a tracking information via email on the day your orders are shipped out. Temet Nosce Jewels is not responsible for any packages that are delayed in transit due delivery carriers faults. We will try our best to track your page on your behalf and if your item is lost we will place an investigation.

CANCELLATIONS

  • If you should wish to cancel an order, you must do so via e-mail the same day to avoid charges. All cancellations after the day of purchase may be subject to a credit card processing fee.

  • Cancellations received after we have sent out the order will be subject to a credit card processing fee and the cost of the return postage.

LATE/LOST DELIVERIES 

We send all deliveries via sign for to product the jewellery. In the unlikely event that your delivery is late or not delivered, please contact us for your delivery number so you can trace it with your local Post Office (due to postal regulations we regret that we are not allowed to do this for you). If the delivery is lost we can only replace or refund the order after 20 working days, after which the Post Office classify the delivery as lost.

Temet Nosce Jewels ltd cannot be held responsible for the late arrival or loss of delivery.

MISSING PARCELS

From time to time, and through no fault of our own, sometimes things just go missing but don't panic we're here to help and sort out any delivery issues you may experience. Give us a call and we'll try and track down your missing parcel and if we can't, we can either give you a full refund or replace your item. We never want you to get frustrated or unhappy so call us as soon as you think your parcel has gone missing and we'll do our best to assist you.

Please note that parcels need to be missing for at least 2 WEEKS before we can either refund or exchange items. This is to ensure that items are definitely missing and not just delayed in the postal system. This is also due to Royal Mail's terms and conditions.
